Return Policy

All returns must have prior authorization with the online request form within 5 days of receiving goods. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of authorization. Special orders and custom productions are not returnable. Returned items must be in their original condition, well packaged and insured. All freights, handling and COD charges are neither refundable nor to be used as credit. International customers shall be responsible for any taxes or duties required by their countries. Base metal, alloy and brass items are not intended for children, but because of varying and ever-changing state-by-state laws regarding children's jewelry, we will not be responsible for advising you on individual matters.
