User Agreement

Welcome to Znetshows, the First Classic Gem Show Online! Please read this document
carefully before you use our services. This document details the terms and conditions that
you must agree to follow while using our services at Znetshows.com. If you have any questions not covered either on our Welcome Desk or in the Help Information section,
please contact Show Management. In this document,
"Znetshows.com", "Znetshows" or "we" will be used interchangeably to refer to the same company
and web site.
Please be advised that we may modify and amend this user agreement at any time by
posting the revised terms on our site. The revised version of the user agreement will be
effective immediately upon posting.
Membership:
There are two types of members at Znetshows.com: retail buyers and wholesale buyers. For retail buyers you become a member once you actually make a purchase. You can become a wholesale buyer only after you register, fax us your retail sales license, and receive your User Id and password from us. By becoming a member of Znetshows.com, you grant
Znetshows.com and all of its affiliates and employees the right to view the information you
provide, as protected under our Privacy Policy . You also agree that it is
your responsibility to update your own information. Again, the primary purpose of our collection of your
membership information is to make the online shopping experience easier and more efficient for you.
Access:
By using the services provided by Znetshows.com, you agree not to interfere or
attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Znetshows site in any manner. You
agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonably large load on our
system. As the information on our site is proprietary or is licensed to Znetshows, you must agree
not to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any
content (except for Your Account Information) from any part of our website without prior
written permission of Znetshows.com.
You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding
your use of our website and your purchase of products from any of our exhibitors.
No Warranty:
We and our affiliates provide our web pages and services “as is” and without any
warranty or condition or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of
anything or any aspect related to the products or services provided by our website. Prices may be changed anytime without any notice due to changes of our costs. Since we do mostly wholesale, any product item can be out of stock at anytime. We do not guarrantee we can fill all items for your order. For most product lines orders are normally shipped out within three business days. However, custom-made items such as Fashion Jewelry and pearl jewelry will take longer time to process.
Limit Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR LOSSES OR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SITE, OUR SERVICES, OR THIS AGREEMENT. ADDITIONALLY, BUT NOT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ZNETSHOWS AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES AND EMPLOYEES CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY VIRAL INFECTION, PROBLEMS DUE TO POWER OUTAGES, COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE, THEFT, DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, HACKING, OR ACTS OF GOD OR FORCES OF NATURE. ZNETSHOWS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MISUSE OF ITEMS SUCH AS COLOR-ENHANCED CORAL, CINNEBAR BEADS, AND OTHER ITEMS THAT MAY BECOME DAMAGED AND/OR CAUSE DISCOLORATION OF OTHER MATERIALS WHEN EXPOSED TO HIGH TEMPERATURES OR HEAVY MOISTURE. THE LIMIT OF OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT PAID TO ZNETSHOWS.COM OR AFFILIATES. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZNETSHOWS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE TERMINATION OR BREACHING OF THIS DOCUMENT.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold Znetshows and it subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, and
employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made
by any third party due to or arising from your breach of this Agreement or the documents
it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
We at Znetshows.com may, at our sole discretion, terminate your access to all or part of
the site for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of this agreement. In the
event that access is terminated, the conditions set forth in this agreement shall survive any
such termination.
