ZNETSHOWS and its partners use all major carriers such UPS, FedEx, USPS, Trucking Companies and others. We also ship orders out by using your shipper account if you authorize us to do so. Customers will be charged the actual shipping fee plus $1 per package to cover our packing materials. We have no handling fees.
Once you check-out after shopping online, a list of the carriers and their services are displayed for your selection. You will also receive a detailed email confirmation of your order. The total price indicated in this email does not include your shipping charges, since the system cannot know the exact weight of the finished package for your order at that moment. You may email us to request the amount of the grand total. You can also click on the following link to check your order status.
Our first step in processing orders is to verify the customer's credit card information. If the Credit Card and the Billing Address match those provided by your bank, we know that the charge is coming from the owner of the card. If the billing address and shipping address are different we contact the customer and ask for their written permission to ship to another address. We must have this formal consent in order to ship out. No exceptions. In this way we can help protect against credit card fraud.
Unfortunately our credit card service does not connect to other international countries. For international orders for a new customer our company policy requires a photocopy of the credit card (both sides) and a personal id (both sides) with the same shipping address. Please fax these to us with your signature for the order to 1-301-528-8234. Please make sure the copier is on a lighter ink so visibility will be greater.
You may pay using Paypal. Paypal is a safe and easy way for our international customers to make payment. Simply go to www.paypal.com and register with them. Once that has been done please let us know and we will provide you with the total amount due for the order. Log into your Paypal account and send us your payment (we will provide all information once you confirm your account has been set up).
Rates in the continental United States can be verified online on the shipper's websites. Most, if not all of the packages can be tracked using the tracking number that we provide in the final invoice notice email.
We ship Internationally to the UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe with Standard, Air, or Express services of the United States Postal Service. However you may request any other type of shipping method. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any and all fees for shipping, insurance, tariffs, import duties, and customs processing.
