Return Policy

ZNETSHOWS distributes more than 25 product lines, such as gemstone globes, cultured pearls, stone carvings, stone beads, 14K gold, to name just a few. Most of the product lines require the following return policy:
All returns must have prior authorization with the online request form within 5 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of authorization. Special orders are not returnable. A restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise at the rate: 10% for returns under $75; $10 plus 10% for returns over $75. Returned items must be in their original condition, well packaged and insured. All freights, handling and COD charges are neither refundable nor to be used as credit. International customers shall be responsible for any taxes or duties required by their countries. Base metal, alloy and brass items are not intended for children nor do we advise you on the ever changing, state by state laws regarding childrens jewelry.
Some specialized items in certain areas such as Gemstone World Maps and Pearl Jewelry may have modified shipping and return requirements. Our representatives with whom you speak will generally inform you of these special requirements prior to your purchase.
